ABOUT

Shaw Sports Performance Solutions (SSPS) is a small business start up established by the owner Des Shaw on October 4th 2013 from the Institute of Technology Carlow. Whilst studying for a degree in Sports Management and Coaching, it became apparent how much Strength and Conditioning benefited him and the athletes/ teams he worked with in achieving better results and performance on the field. Also whilst using sports performance analysis tools in his own coaching and providing analysis for other sports clubs/ individuals, it became clear how useful a coaching tool it can be especially when deciding upon tactics and ultimately new ways of improving both individual and team performance.

Our Philosophy

SSPS aims to provide a professional sports performance services for both individuals or teams striving for improved performance at an affordable price regardless of age, ability or type of sport in order to help them reach their genetic potential.
